Point Village |

View Point Village, is a small 'gated community' (housing estate)
800 meters from Jomtien Beach, Pattaya Thailand. The main city
center and the world famous 'Walking Street' of Pattaya are just 10 minutes by public
transport or car. The Housing estate has 2 entrances, the main Gate
on Soi
Chaiyapruck (leading to the beach) as well as a direct entrance
towards Sukhumvit Highway. First houses were built around 5-6 years ago, with additional
houses built during the last couple of years. Now it exist of 114
houses, all initially sold.
This site is to inform potentional home purchasers/renters
about re-sale & rental properties which are current on the market.
We have no direct relationship with the initial developers.
However we do have contacts with some of the 'Committee Members' which
will be voted end Jan 2007. on a bi-yearly bases
by each household.
The Village has 24-hours Security at the gates, where every
visitor has to hand over their ID-card in exchange for a pass.

| The Community pool is 'open'
year-around, from 7 AM to 11 PM. It has a changing room, showers
and toilets. There is NO supervision, and No additional
maintenance fees. (Other than then the monthly utility fee for
each household) |

| There is a privately held restaurant/pub
named 'YOUR' in front
of the Village, which sells Steak as well as Thai food. |

|
Pattaya Beach Bus, the only organized local city bus company
in Pattaya passes the village. Follow the Red Line on the map. Moreover
Tesco Lotus Superstore, which is located on Sukhumvit Highway is
within minutes. 'Lakeland' Cable Water Ski Lake is directly
located on the other
side of Sukhumvit Highway. 2 Small grocery stores are directly
situated outside the main gate on Soi Chaiyapruck, as well as
numerous other shops. Within the Village is currently also a Kinder
Garden & Language School 'Phoenix. |
