In Thailand, everything means everything a

sports, sightseeing & fun. To put it simply, Pattaya & Jomtien
Beach are a paradise for everyone, as it has a variety of
attractions suitable for all types of visitors. This is the place
where you can fill your day, from dusk to dawn, with endless
activities, or you may choose to do nothing at all and relax.
Jomtien beach is only 900 meters from the village but you can use
the beautiful pool too. Golf, zoos, parks, hypermarkets or small
restaurants are around the village, all with very affordable prices.
The famous Pattaya nightlife is only 10 minutes by taxi.
The Villas & Bungalows are fully air conditioned to make your
stay in Thailand comfortable. Most rooms also feature independent
ceiling fans for days when you don't need the air conditioning
switched on. All the houses are very suitable for
parents with young kids, as the kids can not leave the gardens. All homes
have wrought iron fences. Houses come as well with full European
kitchens for European cooking needs.
Moreover all houses are furnished to the highest standard, much
of the furniture being made to measure.
General Interior Design:
All houses will seat
six to eight people in comfort, and all come complete with an
entertainment system, cable or satellite TV, CD / DVD with theatre
surround sound.
Community Pool:
Within the village is
a beautiful self catering pool, with changing rooms toilets and
showers. Around the pool are some seating's & tables as well as
sundecks and nighttime lights. The community pool is never closed
but advisable 'opening times' are between 7.a.m. 10 p.m.
Dining Areas:
Although part of the
open plan arrangement, the interior design of most dining areas
separates them from other areas with free standing furniture. Most
can seat eight comfortably & feature western interior decoration.
Kitchens
Kitchens:
Kitchens feature western decor & are fully fitted with granite
worktops, ceiling and extractor fans, cooker, hob, washing machine,
toaster, microwave, rice cooker, fridge/freezer, fresh drinking
water supply, kettle, some with dishwasher, and full range of
cooking utensils.
Bedrooms:
All bedrooms feature western interior design and have ample fitted
or free standing furniture including dressing tables and hair dryer.
Most are air conditioned and have a bathroom / shower room on-suite.
All beds are 5’ or 6’.
Internet:
Several of our holiday villas now feature high speed Internet
access. Gardens:
Most holiday villas have gardens laid to lawn with trees and flowers
to the borders, garden seating, tables, BBQ and patio area with
outside lighting.
Car Park:
Cars can be parked off road, as well as on the covered car park each house
has.
Standard Included Services:
All properties include a daily maid service.
Extra services available:
Following additional services can be arranged locally for all
properties, at a small charge, please ask your host on arrival.
