This villa comes with a tastefully decorated living area with polished marble floor, airconditioning, a leather sofa set and a 44" LCD TV with DVD player The open plan euro kitchen with granite work top is fully equipped with dishware & utensils, has a four ring stove, oven, microwave, rice cooker, coffee maker, toaster & washing machine. Dinner can be served at the large dining table suitable for 8 adults. The bar area boosts a full set of wine & champagne glasses and a desktop computer with 2MB ADSL line & wireless internet.

The outdoor living space of the villas include a private salt water swimming pool 30 square meter with children area, two sun beds, a Terrance with a classic rattan sofa set and a comfortable table with chairs. A gas barbeque is also available for preparing steaks & grills. Ceiling fans will keep you cool while drinking a cocktail and enjoy the tropical climate. In the evening the garden & pool lighting will create a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere on the Terrance.

On the 2nd floor every villa features three spacious bedrooms with large double bed, all with en-suit bathroom. The rooms are fully airconditioned and equipped with ceiling fans for extra comfort. Each room is also equipped with an electronic safe. The master bedroom includes a 32" LCD TV with DVD player and a large bathroom with a two person Jacuzzi. Upstairs is also an additional living/games room with 26" LCD TV with DVD player & sofabed which can be folded into a queen size bed to make this room the 4th bedroom. The 4 bathrooms are decorated in white and come with hot water showers. the bed configurations are flexible, where the 6ft. king size bed of the 2nd bedroom can be split into two 3ft single bed, and an extra spare bed is available upon request as well.
